Franklin is our longest Rainy Day resident and is the only cat who is not adoptable. He is considered the manager of our furry friends and his presence is required to keep Rainy Day in order and running. He does, however, love to sit with our human visitors for a book and cup of coffee.
Steffi is a lively girl who loves to play, look out windows, and hangout with humans while they work on their computer. She loves human food more than cat food and tends to steal human snacks often. She is about 2 years old and has been at Rainy Day since May 2021.
MayMay was found in May of 2022 directly after birth with no mother cat in sight for hours. We decided to take her in and bottlefeed her so she could have a chance at finding a wonderful home. She loves to snuggle and she loves cat treats.
Chunky is a big old guy who is extremely sleepy and cuddly. He wants nothing more than to hangout and catch a few Z's with his human. He has been with us since January 2021 and is waiting patiently for a forever home! Come grab some snuggles from this guy!
Fluffy was found running the streets of Amarillo when he ran right up to Emma as she was walking home. He followed her all the way home, where Emma decided his residency at Rainy Day was destined. She loaded him up and took him to his new temporary home, where he is waiting for a human who loves to brush him and watch TV with him.
We also have a 7 week old litter of kittens that was left at our doorstep in February 2023. This lively bunch loves to run and play and are already litter box trained. They are the perfect addition to a family with other human children for them to play with!
